Battle of the Bay Clinic & Lunch Social w/Candice Appleby (Friday Nov 1st)

In this two hour clinic, Candice Appleby will go over skills and strategies to help you perform more confidently on race day, or any day on the water. You will learn about course management for the varies conditions that may appear on race day from a World Champions SUP racer. Candice will go teach various drills to help you with your stoke and speed, as well as buoy turn approach, race starts and more. After our time on the water, we ‘ll head to lunch where we can sit down and “talk story” with Candice, ask questions, and gain valuable insights from her competitive career, coaching expertise, and life experiences. Come prepared to learn valuable information, take some notes, and be ready to work hard on the water. It’s going to be fun! Even if you don’t plan to race, but want to learn more about how to prepare for a paddleboard race or just improve your skills in general, this clinic is for you!
