Join SUP World Champion Candice Appleby for a one-day mini retreat in beautiful Marina Del Ray, California, the home of Pro Sup Shop.
In this one day retreat you will learn valuable skills and drills to help you become a more confident paddler and better racer. With over 15 years of competitive experience, multiple SUP World Titles, and over a decade of SUP coaching under her belt, Ocean Academy’s Candice Appleby is sure to help you prepare to tackle your SUP goals for the season ahead.
Topics include: Proper stroke technique, paddling straight, drafting, footwork, turning and race course management.
